At By Buck, we want you and your pup to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept return requests within 30 daysof delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

To start a return, message us through the site with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond by email within 2 business days.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.

Non-Returnable Items Items that are used, chewed, or missing original packaging are not eligible for return.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
